My dad did not speak spanish or understand it. He didnt like sports and would never have ordered that magazine. He was very hard of hearing and did not have a cell phone and would have never ordered one.
I suspicion someone is using his identity. Should I report this somewhere or just let it go? Who do you tell this is happening?
