Is it possible to receive an online degree in sports medicine?

I also am a three season athlete and a member of the Student Council and Deca Clubs. Also, I have volunteered to help mentally challenged kids and worked at numerous track camps. I have written letters that have made magazines/newspapers (Usa Today, Boston Herald, Sports Illustrated) and I am eventually going to write sports articles for my town’s newspaper as an intern. If I sent all this to college, how would I be looking? Also, any ideas for college choices in the New England area?
